Online orders are dispatched from South Auckland

 

Most of our orders are dispatched on Monday - Tuesday every week. This is to avoid the plants sitting in transit over the weekend. 

 

All our shipments are tracked, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (if you entered your contact info at checkout) once your order has been dispatched.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

If your plant is damaged whilst in transit, please contact us within 3 working days with proof of the damage and we will organise an exchange or refund.
