We do not allow orders to be collected in person under any circumstance. This is because orders are dispatched from a commercial nursery and we cannot have people turning up to collect plants due to biohazard reasons (you might have Mealy Bug on you and we don't want that here)
SHIPPING INFO
Orders are finalised each Sunday evening then shipped out each Wednesday.
All our shipments are tracked, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (if you entered your contact info at checkout) once your order has been dispatched.
You may receive your tracking number before the order has been collected by the courier on Wednesday. Until the courier collects your order on Wednesday the tracking number will not work. Please do not email asking why your tracking number does not work before Wednesday.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.
If your plant is damaged whilst in transit, please contact us within 3 working days with proof of the damage and we will organise an exchange or refund.
